Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your MarkdownBird license, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No reason is required — if it isn't the right fit, we'll refund you.

Email us at seanghay.dev@gmail.com from the address used at purchase, and include your order or receipt number. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

To keep things fair, a refund request is eligible when:

• It is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• The request comes from, or can be matched to, the purchasing account.
• The license has not been refunded or charged back previously.

We may decline a refund for purchases older than 14 days, for duplicate requests on the same license, or where there is evidence of fraud or abuse — for example, requesting a refund while continuing to use a license key on multiple devices. A refund cancels the associated license; continued use after a refund is not permitted.

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly by email and a chargeback is rarely necessary. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in the associated license being revoked.

Refunds are issued for the amount actually paid. Currency-conversion differences, bank fees, or taxes applied by your payment provider are outside our control and may affect the final amount you receive.
